Mindfulness-based pregnancy, birth, and parenting preparation acknowledges and honors the full range of feelings, emotions, wants, and needs of the expecting family. It prepares pregnant women and partners for the experiences they and their families have during pregnancy, birth, and parenting with a greater sense of joy, love, comfort, acceptance, and ease. I addition to developing a foundation in mindfulness, mothers and partners learn techniques to alleviate pain, facilitate labor progress, and have a satisfying birth experience. Mindfulness skills are life and relationship skills that enrich your life and create balance. .

About Laura Bennett 


Laura Bennett is a certified nurse-midwife, mindfulness teacher, and mother of two young adult children. She has over 20 years of clinical experience in caring for women and babies during the pregnancy, birth, and post-birth periods, as well as educating healthcare professionals and expectant families about labor, birth, breastfeeding, mindfulness, and holistic health and well-being.
